These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vitality Wisdom Hub™ website, services, programs and content provided by Dr. Debmalya Nandy, PhD ("we", "us" or "our"), including the Mantra Mastery program. By accessing this site or registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Overview

• •Mantra Mastery: A structured mantra-learning program with live and recorded sessions, practice audio, Sanskrit resources, the 108-Day Mantra Sādhanā Challenge and supporting materials.
• •Holistic Health & Ikigai Coaching: One-on-one and group coaching covering Vedic wellness, energy alignment and purpose realignment.
• •Masterclasses & Workshops: Free and paid educational sessions, including the free Peak Potential Masterclass.
• •Membership Programs: Tiered memberships (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Quantum 1:1).
• •Digital Resources: E-books, guides, handbooks and reflective tools.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and older. By using our services you confirm that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Nature of Services — Important Disclaimer

Vitality Wisdom Hub™ provides education, holistic health coaching and practice guidance — not medical advice, therapy or mental-health treatment.

• •Mantra Mastery is educational and practice-oriented, drawing on Vedic science, Sanskrit phonetics, yoga philosophy and holistic wellness practices
• •Dr. Debmalya Nandy is a certified holistic health coach, Ayurvedic wellness practitioner and Reiki master — not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or therapist
• •Our services do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and are not a substitute for professional medical advice
• •Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your health regimen
• •Results vary from person to person; testimonials represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of outcomes

4. Anniversary Offer Terms

• •The First Anniversary offer is limited to the first 25 successful registrations and closes at the published deadline or once 25 passes are registered — whichever comes first
• •First-25 benefits (the 30-minute Learning Discovery Call, 30 days of personal mantra-practice feedback, and workshop access where applicable) are subject to registration eligibility verification
• •Personal mantra-practice feedback runs for 30 calendar days from the date of successful registration
• •The 108-Day Mantra Sādhanā Challenge is self-paced and need not be completed on consecutive calendar days
• •The Bronze Membership Anniversary benefit is a 50% discount, not free membership

5. Intellectual Property

All content — text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, course materials, frameworks (including Vitality SattvaOS™) and digital resources — is the intellectual property of Vitality Wisdom Hub™ and Dr. Debmalya Nandy, PhD, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without written permission. "Vitality Wisdom Hub" and "Vitality SattvaOS" are trademarks of Dr. Debmalya Nandy.

6. User Conduct

• •Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms and communications
• •Maintain the confidentiality of course materials, session content and group discussions
• •Do not share, resell or redistribute paid content, recordings or resources
• •Treat all community members, teachers and staff with respect and dignity
• •Do not use our services for any unlawful purpose

7. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

• •Pricing is communicated clearly before purchase; the India Anniversary price is inclusive of GST and the International price is charged separately in USD
• •All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• •Refund policies for specific programs are communicated at the time of enrolment
• •Cancellation requests for ongoing memberships should be sent to our contact email

8. Confidentiality

We treat information shared during sessions, group programs and private communications with strict confidentiality, and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent except as required by law. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants' information shared in group settings and community spaces.

9. Limitation of Liability

• •Vitality Wisdom Hub™ and Dr. Debmalya Nandy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services
• •We do not guarantee specific health, career, financial or life outcomes
• •Participation is voluntary and you assume full responsibility for decisions or actions taken based on our guidance
• •Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question

10. Third-Party Links & Services

This website links to third-party platforms (checkout, course hosting, scheduling, community and social media). We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices; your interactions with them are governed by their own terms.

11. Website Availability

We strive to keep this website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site or services without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
